I love to have fun with clothes and when I was putting this skirt / dress ???? on Matilda the mannequin I just stopped at her breast and thought “this flies as a dress”! This 2 piece ensemble, top by Sharagano made in France top and black long formal skirt by Laundry by Shelli Segal, really does look red carpet worthy.
