My past has helped me to develop a long-term routine when it comes to my creation of a healthy mind, body, spirit, and economic value environment. It has taken quite a few years for me to build this healthy environment because I never had help or advice from others until this year. So I am still learning my ways, especially now that I am on my own for the first time in this HUGE city of Atlanta, GA.
