I am hoping to change my major soon to fashion and design, and actually have a cousin who is going to an art school in San Francisco. I am hoping to transfer there for my last 2 years of college.
What a wonderful idea to have a network just for people in the fashion industry. It's a great way of establishing personal and career based relationships with others who have similar interests.
Thank you! I will. I have not yet completed my page. I really want to make it special so pleas bare with me for a little while.

So... here's the deal....
I am a working pattern maker for www.shosommo.net , as well as some other local designers that are ready to launch the collections I've developed over the last few months...
I disparately need help finding a grading machine... As I am from the 70's I am all the way OLD SCHOOL... and I do everything by hand.... I remember when CAD first came out, it was all about Digitizing..... and I hated it... so I never was interested enough to get a degree in the practice.... then came CAD as it is with all the mom and paps following the big boys such as Gerber and Lextra... blah, blah, blah, right....
needless to say the grading process was all the same as the patterns for me... by hand and I used or mastered that is the Sunny Young Speed Grader, that at one time I owned, but life's many turns , I lost it and now once again I need it and can't find it to save my life....
All of my clients need grading, and although I can do it with just my ruler and pencil, it takes so long and you know time is everything...
Can someone please help me find a Grading Machine today????
Please send me an email from my web site www.patternstudioa.com and or call me directly 404-454-9931
thanks
