What are the different between nylon zipper and plastic zipper?

With plastic zipper comparison, nylon zipper teeth relatively small, appears to be translucent. I feel like a root out of plastic wire loop.

Plastic zipper - is resin zipper teeth fairly thick, opaque. It feels like the same plastic block. Generally square teeth. Relatively soft nylon zipper, resin zipper relatively stiff.

General underwear, skirts and other thin fabrics as well as sweaters, nylon zipper more.

Coat resin zipper. Jeans,
