The Debonair 30 Day Wardrobe Challenge

In December 2009 Blogger Kendi Lea started a style blog to document her daily style journey. By April 2010, she ran out of funds and had lost the original intent of her blog: to remix the contents of her closet. Kendi introduced the idea of remixing what was in her closet by the idea of the 30 for 30 Remix. "30 for 30" simply meant that the participaint would take 30 items and wear only those items into 30, (hopefully) stylish outfits.

Remember those old Publisher’s Clearing House Sweepstakes commercials where the sainted Ed McMahon’s prize crew would deliver over sized checks to ecstatic, unsuspecting winners? Well, what if that unsuspecting winner was a fashion designer and instead of Ed McMahon, it was the editorial staff of GQ dropping off the money? We may have found the closest thing possible today with this new video published on the GQ Eye blog.

Fall's Black and White: Too safe for fun?

As I was perusing the latest content of GQ I noticed something that I had hoped I wouldn't: Diesel has finally won. Black, Black, Black on every designer. Sure the prints are nice, and colors are hard to work during Fall, but to use black as the crux? BORING! Even brown seems to brighten up my day when I look around on top designers' websites. I was happy to see that dark, royal blues and purples were hidden away here and there, but subtly is something that I was hoping wouldn't be the choice as
