When someone is called a style icon they typically will have been around for a while, offered a multitude of different images and styles and will have set more trends than they have followed. For me the term style icon conjures up images of Cara Delavigne, Rhianna and Cheryl Cole however there is one other girl on the block that is putting all of these stars to shame. At just 20 months old, we salute one of the most fashionable toddlers to ever rock a pair of Zara boots, yes it’s time to bow down and recognise the style icon that is, Harper Beckham.
Born in 2011, Harper Seven Beckham was perhaps unfairly gifted with not one stunning set of genes, but two. Victoria and David Beckham have often been hailed as one of the world’s most glamorous couples and have already created three boys that will no doubt go on to be heartbreakers themselves. As the first girl to join the Beckham brood, there was a lot of pressure on little Harper to carry on her mother’s signature Posh Spice style influences whilst also carrying off her father’s ridiculously good looking bone structure.
Harper is clocking up just as many magazine features as her famous parents, often spotted being carried though an airport wearing designer pieces from brands such as Chloe and Stella McCartney. Her style is even being documented by fashion bloggers eagerly waiting for the next picture of the pint size superstar. With modelling agencies already putting in their bids to represent Miss Beckham, it is safe to say that the future is definitely bright for the latest carrier of the Girl Power torch. To sum it up in her mother’s immortal words, Harper we definitely ‘Wannabe’ in your shoes!
