I have found William Pearson before and blogged about it and yes I love his work. He began his fashion career in 1951 when he studied under NORMAN NORELL. I have never found anything before by NORMAN NORELL but when I do believe me you’ll hear me screaming from the roof top. Pearson launched his own label in late 50′s and his couture business was based in Los Angeles. Movie stars in the late 50′s & 60′s wore William Pearson to just about every Hollywood event. This gold gown is just gorgeous….. The gold trim around the collar and the added sequin touch is elegant beyond words. William Pearson’s pieces are consider collectible so you know I did The Shimmy up to the counter!! Wear this gown with any McQueen heels and off you go….
