I saw this suede Prada messager bag at the thrift store, as well at the $45 price tag, and carried it around with me for what felt like hours. I tried to talk myself out of it, I know that sounds crazy but it’s the truth. I normally don’t splurge on items. I’m known as The Thrift Guru – The Thrift King – The Thrifter etc etc so no I don’t spend this kind of money on items, I’m used to buying luxury items at 99% off. I walked up to the counter and the lovely gentleman said “if you don’t get this bag it will haunt you…” At that point I said to him, you know I think I can live without it and walked back and put it back on the rack and left. Minutes, hours and 2 days later I called the thrift store and asked if they still had the Prada messager bag, they did so I sent Mitch down there to buy it for me….. The moral of this story is if you see something that you know you will love and will be a practice piece for you BUY IT…..
