These pieces came out of 2 separate thrift stores but on the same day. I will rarely pass up the chance to salvage a vintage 80′s jumpsuit and it’s not that difficult when the label says “Neiman Marcus” now is it? I love jumpsuit on women, they are so friggin hot. So about this St John gold belt now. I was thrifting and ran into my friend Nancy and when we see each other we chit chat and then both go into completely different directions. I headed over to the dresses and she went to check out the belts accessories. I’m digging for my gold when she walks up to me and said “you want this belt?” I looked at it and said “this is St John so hell yes…” I said are you sure you don’t want it or need it and she “Daniel you know I don’t need any more belts”. I’ve had the pleasure to see Nancy belt collection and it’s a doozy. Nancy has a sharp eye for collecting and a mixture of prizes to prove that. So when she passed on this chance to own a St John belt I considered it a gift from the GODS. All I wish I could have found for this outfit is a fabulous pair of Tom Ford heels….
