I just couldn’t believe my luck, I mean I’ve never found a Vicky Tiel gown in a thrift store before. Vicky Tiel’s creations typically don’t end up at a thrift store because they arehighly collectible and sought after for museum collections. So when I saw this deep red jersey dress hanging on the rack I first eyed the construction of it and thought to myself “this looks gorgeous ” so I checked the label and I had to do a DOUBLETAKE. In the 60′s Vicky Tiel was the “IT” girl, designing items that made a woman feel more empowered, feeling sexy by showing off every curve of her body. I highly recommend you watching the Connie Martinson Youtube interview with Vicky Tiel… and here is the link for {Part 2} of the conversation. I give this 2 big thumbs way on up…. This dress is called “Josephine” and was created in 1998 and is priced at $1,800 so I think by finding this gown it was meant for me to titled “Savior Daniel”. Keep it “green” my friends. Recycled, Reuse & Reduce your carbon footprint. I’m your luxury curator!
