Treehugger.com is one of my favorite websites . I’m always clicking on the “Living” section to see whats happening in the world and the world we now live in. Everyday now for 4 years I write about the fantastic luxury items I find at thrift stores, yard sales, estate sales, consignment shops and flea markets. My message is clear and simple “Rethink Your Shopping Habits”. Shopping for your clothing, furniture, housewares, bedspreads or even your books – in places that recycle and resale those items is the “greenest” form of shopping on this planet. By writing The Thrifters blog daily I feel it’s my responsibility to leave this planet stronger and healthier not the other way around.
