I love to mix up patterns and then anchor it with a solid jacket such as this khaki Theory one. This entire ensemble: Tahari silk top, Lilly Pulitzer skirt and Theory jacket all got gobbled up when I slung open the door and pillaged. Quick simple and tasteful is what a professional thrifter hunts for, throw in a brand name and you cranked it up a notch.
