I just finished watching Vanishing of the Bees and yes I’m a little shaken at the moment because since I’ve been doing some gardening I’ve noticed very few bees in my yard so I know this documentary to be true. I’ve planted a ton of organic sunflowers that I bought from my local health food store. The few bees I’ve seen in my garden love me for doing that. I don’t mean to toot my own horn here but I do consciously try to do thing in my world that leave less impact. This blog is important to me because I believe in doing my part to be green and being green to me is shopping thrift which means shopping smart. Just look at this gorgeous outfit I put together from shopping within a thrift store. The silk blue blouse by Cynthia Rowley and these sleek Akris slacks are beyond STYLISH, they’re green!!!
