I have no idea what is going on with people in this country not dressing up for a special occasion. I’m not going to mention the holiday or restaurant but lets just say both were big… I’m having dinner with Mitch and it’s a fancy restaurant and the wait staff wore faded jeans and so did the people sitting next to us. What in the world is going on with this country and wanting to dress up? I mean at one time men & women dressed up to go to the grocery store – I watch Mad Men – and now people wear plastic shoes, flip flops and sweat pants…DREADFUL people just DREADFUL. Ok I know I rant sometimes but really people take the time to dress like it’s your last day on this planet… here is today’s posting…I love DVF and this sporty and casual blouse rocks with this vintage Sahza made in Italy wool skirt… this ensemble is sophisticated and classy enough for daytime and just throw over a streamline Jil Sander jacket and out the door you go in STYLE….
