I just have so much I want to talk about that who knows exactly how many parts to this topic there will be…. You know I’m really trying to just get these images inside your head so you know what second hand shops look like. You can only imagine my amazement when I went to a thrift store and saw this white Russel Wright complete set of dishes, cups, saucers, coffee pot with sugar & creamer, tea pitcher etc for sale. Lets just say that since Russel Wright is inside the collection of MoMA it would make anyone’s table picture perfect….. can you say “CHEESE”???? Yeah that’s a lovely photo…. Then when you look at the photo of all the glasses, cups, bowls & plates on the shelf you really can put it all together. I’m not saying that anyone can dress a tabletop immediately in super fly items but over time, yes you will. Get creative and use that right side of your brain to bring more beauty into your home, I can’t think of anything more beautiful than items that come from second hand stores…. Next time you are looking for something different and unique for your table setting think flea markets, think estate sales, think yard sales…. just think!
