The word minimal always crops up from season to season but for Max Mara it’s just lean and precise. For Spring 2011 MaxMara, the legendary Italian fashion house, takes us back to the glamorous years of the 60′s with capri pants and silhouette friendly dresses making a walk down the red carpet a memorable event. I know this vintage beige wool jacket I found inside the thrift store by MaxMara isn’t from the Spring 2011 collection but the color palette sure is. This is what is so wonderful and STYLISH about MaxMara, the designer is consistent and steady. Always one to create timeless pieces MaxMara must take a bow. I found this Mastina jacket within the walls of the very same thrift store and loved the construction of it. I’m not able to dig up much dirt on this brand, 1 site suggested its from Japan and another site said Hong Kong, all I know is I know STYLE and this jacket is loaded with it.
