Los Angeles native, Maria Bianca Nero formally launched her eponymous line in 1998 at her Melrose Avenue Boutique.  6 years earlier in 1992, she had been selling her creations to Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale’s.  Maria Bianca Nero was a former model and was based in Milan where she had the pleasure to get to know one of Italy’s greatest designer Romeo Gigli.  Inspired by the 40′s & 50′s fashion icons like Audrey Hepburn and Jean Harlow, Maria’s collection gently shapes the classic female figure with the use of her exclusive rights to a satin matte fabric from the early 90′s originally used in bathing suits and girdles.  This 2 piece little number is so hot I can’t put the fire out.  What I think ties this ensemble together nicely are these fairly new Ferragamo heels but then again everything comes together nicely when there is a little Ferragamo in the picture.  All items on blog are for sale and please stop by doubletake boutique the next time you are in Atlanta and follow me on Twitter & Facebook and enjoy my YouTube channel please..  Toodles for now.  Daniel your luxury curator!
