What takes your breath away more then a failed quality test? I must tell you, it is really a horrible feeling. As designers or product development personnel, we strive to design a fabulous collection. After the design phase is complete, we proceed to obtain orders from our fine retail accounts. As soon as we have orders in hand, we proceed diligently thru the process of lab dips, strike offs, fit review etc. Not a stone is left unturned as we glide thru the management of the production process.
