These labels are 2 of my favorite English brands Jaeger and Burberry and what a treat it was tofind them both waiting for me inside the same thrift store. I firstpulled this fire engine red Jaeger top and said to myself “self I’mloving this English brand” and then self replied “that’s because you’rea tag hag!”. I just shook my head and continued shopping. Yes I loveJaeger and these days, betweenits owner British fashion maestro Harold Tillman CBE (who also ownsAquascutum) and chief executive sharp as nail retail maven BelindaEarl, Jaeger is moving very successfully towards the fashion reputationit held in the Sixties. This brand is seriously on the upswing and isslowly garnering the young fashionistas attention. It’s about time.So I kept searching inside the thrift store and before to long I had myhands firmly around these Burberry Snow White slacks.
