I just had my Anna Sui cherry popped and I can honestly say it was memorable to say the least. I have never found anything by Anna Sui inside a thrift store until now and to find this brand new long sleeve plum color top was the best gift the GODS could have given me (for now that is) … Everyone’s favorite Detroit born, Sui’s always been boho to the bone, but in a way that’s more glam than granola! Anna Sui started out in the 80′s and debuted on the runway in 1991. Anna Sui said “people are attracted to my fashion because of all the elements I try to put into it — there’s always a very sweet feminine, girly aspect and a touch of nostalgia.” LOVE this woman, LOVE her…. I love these black shiny satin slacks by Lafayette 148 New York that I’ve put with this contemporary Anna Sui piece. Love the camp of the pear on the front and the shine from the slacks, its like the best of both worlds.
