I love it when I go hunting and come back with a little something something for me, in this case it’s a vintage Aquascutum shirt. I think by now everyone in the world knows just how much I LOVE Aquascutum and so finding a vintage men’s short sleeve aqua color shirt for me has the winning lottery numbers! Hailing from the UK, Aquascutum, the quintessentially British label was founded in 1851 with its iconic tailoring heritage from the world of authentic quality and fine craftsmanship in England. This brand to me is very regal in the best of ways. I soon after found this black Theory blouse with a tie neck which is always fun & fancy. Theory to me is like Jil Sander, it’s clean and simple: timeless. As I was wrapping up my thrift store tour I ended up digging through all the old albums they have and found this Ethel Merman, Lyda Roberti & Mae West all recordings from the 1930′s and then this classic Carole King ‘Tapestry’ which I can’t say anything else about this iconic album. I have a turn table at Doubletake Recycled Luxury Boutique so when my celebrity clients come in they are wowed by the nostalgic sounds of yesterday. Be STYLISH go green. Daniel your luxury curator!
