Each time I find a Jil Sander piece in a thrift store I believe an angel gets their wings!   I’ve always said that if I won the lottery I would donate every Brioni, Missoni, Burberry, Armani, Turnbull & Asser, Paul Smith, Versace etc in my closet to a shelter and then walk into Jil Sander in NYC and let them tailor me for my entire wardrobe and then I would never have to buy another piece of clothing for as long as I live.  Since that’s just a speculation on winning the lottery and the chances are like 1 in 999 zillion odds, I might be stuck with my wardrobe for awhile and that’s ok with me.  I love this white Jil Sander top, it goes with everything.  I also found this dotted short skirt by Helen Wang New York and I was familiar with this name because I had found a gorgeous silk blouse by her once before.  I researched this label and found that on her website it shows her last collection from 2008 but it also tells me that she has a store in SoHo so who knows.  All I know is that with each piece I’ve found from Helen Wang I was deeply impressed.  Jil Sander & Helen Wang together for 1 night only.  Stop by Doubletake  when you are in Atlanta.  Toodles for now.  Daniel your luxury curator!
