This ensemble just can’t get any more STYLISH even if it tried.  Huge huge fan of Genny and now that this Italy fashion brand is back in business finding a vintage Genny piece is the cherry on top.  Genny was founded in 1962 by Arnaldo Girombelli and at the very beginning the name was associated with handmade skirts and tops which was sold in his boutique in Italy.  Genny achieved fame among the R$CH and for good reason, it’s tailored with only the finest Italian textiles.  Several designers have left their mark on Genny from a young Gianne Versace, Claude Montana, Dolce & Gabbana, Christian Lacroix & Richard Tyler to name a few.  Genny closed its door I believe in 2ooo and recently re-opened to rave reviews as you would expect.  Now for the Ports khaki skirt with pockets, which I believe all skirts should have, I’m excited to blab about because this is another STYLISH label.  This brand began in 1961 by jetsetter Luke Tanbe in Toronto Canada.  Ports skirts range anywhere from $360 – 1098.  This prestigious brand clothes were worn in “Sex and the City” & “The Devil Wears Prada” movies not to mention just about everyone in Hollywood.  Pairing this Ports skirt (with pockets) with this vintage Genny silk blouse is over the top CHIC, and that’s always the best CHIC….. Be STYLISH go green.  Daniel your luxury curator!
