developing and managing a brand is hard work , and you must focus on knowing what your customers want and how you can give it to them. Being consistent in your services/ products offered and any other type of contact with your customers is what makes a business

It can make the difference between a succesful business and failing business ; customer relationships is the key after all it is your customers that make your business a business .
