Yoga has been defined as "the stilling of the changing states of the mind", and promotes spiritual unity with a supreme being through a system of postures and rituals. For me, Yoga is balancing and centering.  But, the peaceful nature of the practice doesn't mean you can't look great doing it! Check out my Yoga style:
