Royal Wedding: the Best or Worst Dressed 2

The craziness surrounding the royal wedding is finally over. Now let’s look back at who wore what on the big day. From Victoria Beckham's elegant ensemble to Pippa Middleton's attention-getting Alexander McQueen, it’s time to check out who wowed and who made us ask 'why?!' at the royal wedding. These celebrity dresses provide good suggestions for us when shopping.

Queen Elizabeth II

The betting was on to see whether Queen Elizabeth II would wear blue, as she did to Charles and Diana's wedding, or yellow—a sunnier new shade. At Westminster Abbey on wedding day, QEII stepped out in a vibrant shade of sunshine, wearing Angela Kelly's single wool crepe dress and coat paired with a ladylike satchel and pumps.

Princess Letizia of Spain

Princes Letizia of Spain is always muy muy bonita! At the royal wedding, the Spanish monarch stepped out in a blush monochrome look. Letizia wore and elegant sheer-and-lace designer evening dress with floral embroidery accessorized with matching satin pumps and a netted-feathered hat.

Princess Eugenie

While the other guests kept their outfits restrained for the big day, Princess Eugenie opted to have a bit of fun with her look. She opted for a psychedelic-printed jacket paired with a full blue skirt. Of course, it wouldn't be a royal outfit without a hat and Eugenie further jazzed up her outfit with a matching Peter Pan-like topper with a dramatic rose and feather.

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson was a blue, oh so very blue, at the royal wedding. She wore cobalt head to toe, with her dress matching her hat, gloves, shoes and clutch. Either she had the entire look custom-made or had mad luck buying everything off the rack.

Prince Harry

Don't worry ladies, there's still one single prince left—and he's ridiculously handsome! Prince Harry looked absolutely dashing in his formal ensemble. He wore the uniform of the Captain of the Household Cavalry, a navy blue military suit with aiguilettes, cross-belt and gold waist belt.

Prince Victoria

Princess Victoria of Sweden was all smiles in a bright and cheery peach ensemble. She wore the color head to toe with a wrapped jersey dress and wide-brimmed hat.

Elton John

Elton John may have turned down the glam for the big event, but he wasn't about to be boring for an affair this fabulous. Elton donned a traditional morning coat, but added his own flair with a canary yellow waistcoat and bright purple tie.

Zara Phillips

Royal fashion maven Zara Phillips, aka eldest granddaughter to Queen Elizabeth II, looked chic as ever at the royal wedding in a silver Akris coat. While no royal wedding look would be complete without an over-the-top chapeau, Zara kept it modern with a sleek leopard-print clutch and Mary Jane heels.
