Philadelphia’s best dressed and cutting edge designers attended the Business of Fashion event hosted by the Moore College of Art and Design. The event is just one of many included in Moore’s NET Nights program which provides graduates of art and design colleges and universities the opportunity to network with local designers, business owners industry insiders, and other arts professionals.

In addition to showing pieces from their spring collections, the designers offered advice on what it takes to release a clothing line. While the designers all had their own unique paths to where they are now, they all agreed that the business of fashion is not always glamours. When celebrities wear their designs its a bonus but nothing can make up for research, knowing the customer, and persistence.
