Hailing from New Mexico, Muse was signed to Next Models in 2008 but quickly took a break when she became pregnant. After a year and a half hiatus, she returned in full force and has exploded onto the fashion stage. In between starring for both Prada and Yves Saint Laurent’s Spring campaigns, securing a Vogue Italia cover, and having the current British “Dazed and Confused” March fashion issue dedicated to her, she also managed to nab the ultimate fashion prize – the seal of approval from Anna Wintour. Muse was rewarded in the January issue of American Vogue with a 14 page spread and mention in the editor’s letter. To be singled out, as a model, in Anna’s monthly letter is almost unheard of. This is truly her “you know you’ve made it when” moment.
Arizona Muse is thankfully described as down to earth, realistic, and a dedicated professional, traits that are always welcomed and appreciated, but even more so in the world of fashion. By all accounts she has an amazing future ahead of her and with the backing of Wintour she is poised to be among one of the top earners in modeling.
