Michelle Obama’s Shiniest Hair Ever

First Lady Michelle Obama looked absolutely gorgeous while visiting the Mulberry School for Girls in East London, England on June 16.

First Lady Michelle Obama, 51, rocked a flawless blowout when meeting Prince Harry and then visiting a school on her trip to London. Her hair looked healthy and shiny and her makeup was subtle and sophisticated against her printed dress.

Makeup artist Carl Ray is traveling with the First Lady — he’s been doing her makeup for the past 6 years! He has told me in the past about his go-to products. He loves using Make Up For Ever, MAC and NARS products on his clients. “I love contour and highlighting bone structure. And I love a fabulous smokey eye — shades of plum are very complimentary paired with a soft sexy pink lip,” he told me in January 2015.

Michelle traveled to London with her mother and two daughters, Malia, 16, and Sasha, 14.

Michelle Obama’s Let Girls Learn Campaign

Michelle’s Let Girls Learn campaign is geared towards girls’ education all over the world. She said at the event: “I meet girls like [the ones at the Mulberry school] everywhere I go around the world. And that’s who we’re fighting for. That’s what this initiative is all about. There are 62 million young women like all of the girls here and around the country who aren’t getting an education, and their potential is just being lost. And we can’t afford that. We can’t afford that in any of our countries. We can’t afford that on the world stage.”

“I’m here because of you. I’m here because girls like you inspire me every single day. I’m so proud of your passion,” she said.
