A Quaker Parrot Keeping Silent

Parrots are said to be cheerful and noisy birds. My parrot Stevie, on the contrary, rarely produced a sound. All my friends said that I was lucky, as his twittering did not wake me in the morning. Still, I wanted my parrot to be more energetic.
