Knocked out teeth and more fashion classwork

So much to do, so little time. I tried asking for 27 hours in the day, but I think it's safe to say my request has been denied.So um, let's see...here's what I've been up to. Yesterday, I took the kiddo to get his tooth fixed from when he fell earlier in the summer at camp and split it in half (right in the front and one of the permanent ones). Insurance finally gave the go ahead, so he seems happy. He was quite loopy from the laughing gas still yesterday evening. Even though he went back to school for an hour after the appointment was over to get his homework, when he came home he slept for two hours. When his dad came to get him and his brother for football practice, he was just waking up. His dad says that I was being "soft" on him because I didn't make him go to football practice. NEWSFLASH, the boy JUST got his tooth fixed! Not only that, he was under anesthesia strong enough to make a child sleepy that is never sleepy unless he feels bad. Am I missing something? But he thinks I'm the one that's crazy... Anywho, the charmer has his smile back so he can go back to his old ways of wrapping people around his little fingers.This morning I woke up with cleaning on my mind. Did you read that? This morning. This night owl finally went to sleep AT NIGHT. Amazing. Anyway, I was cleaning because since the apartment renovations, I kinda boycotted cleaning anymore than I had to because the construction folks would just come in and mess it back up anyway. As a result, there is a lot to do. I guess I'll take my time with it and get it done as I can.The whole dentist ordeal exhausted me yesterday, so I didn't get as much work done as I needed to. In my Fashion Design class, I'm still working on printing and gluing images into my inspiration book. My professor prefers us to use images from books, but I ended up having to print mine from the web because there aren't many picture books in the library pertaining to my country of choice, Guatemala. Apparently not many people have written about the subject, and the ones that have don't include pictures. Go figure. I need to get that done today if possible so that I can be ready to go fabric swatch shopping tomorrow. Since I don't know a whole lot about fabric, I want to give myself plenty of time with that process. If it doesn't work out tomorrow, then I still have Sunday and Monday to get it figured out. I've got four pages done so far. Only 16 more to go! Yeah, pray for me...For my Fashion Illustration class, I've got to do ten blind contour drawings and turn in the best three of them. I also have to a color pencil/watercolor drawing, three grid suit drawings, and a mixed media collage in my sketchbook. I originally planned to draw some everyday, but that plan isn't holding water yet. I've got to get on the ball! Starting today, everyday until Monday, I will draw, breaking my sessions up into several each day. I think it is better that way- to draw some, take a break, and come back and draw more later. I've noticed that my drawing is better that way.In my Fashion Construction class, I have good news! I've gotten 100 pt A's on my first two assignments (the practice sewing assignment and the seam assignments - including plain seams, welt seams, top-stitching, flat-felled seams, and french seams.) *doing the happy dance* I was a little worried because my sewing sucked at times on that first project, but I did my best, kept trying, and apparently she likes my work. She really likes me! My guy said, "Of course you made A's." He thinks I over-analyze and worry too much. The type A in me just wants to be a perfectionist. *shrugs shoulders* I've got to get busy on these next projects so I can give those A's some company. We are now learning about corner seams, curved seams, the hong kong seam, darts, piping, gathering, and bias.
