I love when I get emails from my readers showing me their 2nd hand luxury & telling me their great story but what I’m digging is when it’s international. I’m go international with this letter, Canada to be precise, and I LOVEEEE Canada. Next I’m waiting for some chic girl from Paris or Milan to email me showing me her found luxury items and sharing her story. I’m thinking global is where it’s at! Here is Jentine’s letter & pics:

Here some write-ups to go with the pictures. Thanks for including me!!!1. I thrifted this wool parka for $10 out of season. When winter arrived, I was so thankful I did. Living in Canada means you just need to get used to cold and handle it as stylishly as possible. This coat keeps me soooo cosy and I always feel great wearing it.2. This is a Notte by Marchesa dress. I immediately thought it was very pretty but got more excited when I turned it inside out and saw the enclosed seams. Enclosed seams are a great sign of quality and sure enough, on closer inspection… it was a silk designer dress. I rememeber being so excited with my find in the thrift store that I was hoping I would run into someone I knew, just so that I could brag.3. This wool and silk Donna Karan Collection skirt has the most perfect seaming. The darts cut across the body and open up at the top to reveal a peak of yellow silk. I went to school for fashion design and the thought of pattern drafting those darts make me want to reach for the strongest tylenol available without a prescription… I am perfectly content to just look at this skirt and admire the craftsmanship on the days that I don’t wear it…4. I’m going to be honest and admit that my mom found this beautiful, beautiful, beautiful (have I mentioned it is beautiful?) leather travel bag at a garage sale for a dollar… A dollar! It is one of my favourite things ever. I don’t want to use it when I travel because it is so heavy and I don’t want it to get damaged BUT I over ride those hestitations and use it all the time.
