Knowing both is an advantage, but each takes time and commitment. You should speak with a counselor at the school, they know more about the specifics of the curriculum and what they contain and in what way it would benefit your time and effort. I would hate to take some thing then find out I took the wrong course.

Look at what, lets say, Art Institute in Florida is offering in classes, see which ones pertain to you field of choice, then see if these course are offered in city colleges. Do you want to be just in Public Relations or in the field related to fashion?
