    You have a great site here and I'm glad to be a part of it. I too started a network for the footwear & accessories segment of our industry and let the members take it over. You are welcome to join us at the fledgling weeks old network and start your own group if you like. www.footwearpros.ning.com This is not the usual recruiter dragnet for candidates as it is run by the members. I just set it up for them. If you have suggestions on how we can make this a truly helpful cross networking site I’d appreciate your input. Customarily recruiters don’t want to put all sides of an industry together, they want you to use them to make the connections. I have a different point of view than most in my field. I think cross networking communication helps us all and should be encouraged. I also believe that mentoring and helping others learn and grow in their field helps us all. Thank-you for allowing me to join your group. I look forward to our networking.
