    My pleasure... Hopefully, people will join the group in the future... Unfortunately, I know nothing about home sewing. Therefore, if it is only me and you in the group, you will get bored pretty quick... Please note that this website is still only a few months old. It may take some time to develop more members. Anyway, I truly hope that the site is of some help to you.

    Bernice - thanks for the comments... Glad to see that you like the idea about starting a home sewing group. Do you want to set up the group, or do you want me to create it in the Groups area for you? If you want I can create it and then you can be the first to join... Just let me know if you want me to create or if you want to create it so that we do not accidentally both create the same group...(we do not want duplicate groups).

    Believe it or not I have just started back sewing. I basically have been reading and going to classes on how to start my own fashion business. I have been doing quite a bit of revamping. Right now I am working on a pair of pants, that are high waisted the fabric is a quilters patchwork in various shades of green. The blouse I am making to go with it is fuschia w/ full sleeves. If your home number is the same I called you yesterday and left my home number.

    Bernice - welcome to the Fashion Industry Network..

    I see from your profile that you do not currently have a career in fashion, but you do have experience with sewing. Hopefully you can help others on this site if they have questions about sewing relevant issues. The idea of this site, is for us to help each other learn more about fashion, sewing, fabrics, etc.

    If you are interested, you can tell us more about your sewing projects... Actually, if you are interested maybe you can start a home sewing group in the Groups area of this site... Maybe other people with an interest in sewing can join the group and you can meet other people with the same interest as yours. Anyway, just something to think about if you have interest..

    If you have any questions about this site, please do not hesitate to ask.
