Requirements
Passion for health, fitness and weight management. A role model dedicated to helping others achieve their best health.
Experience and education in wellness coaching, nutrition or weight loss
Excellent communication, interpersonal and speaking skills for presentations, workshops, events and coaching sessions
Highly organized and motivated to help us grow our clientele
Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft 365 and other computer applications, such as point of sale.
Open to feedback and improvement as we continue education and training
Resilience and grit. We are looking for someone who can be dedicated and who can handle a challenge, a difficult client, a sudden change, or a set back with a smile.
Job Responsibilities:
Meet one on one with clients for weekly check ins and weigh ins
Provide education, compassion and supportive accountability
Track progress and results and celebrate successes
Conduct point of sale transactions
Some light cleaning, organizing and stocking shelves
Complete daily report to supervisor
Attend annual training event and other training events as scheduled
Outreach and networking for growing business clientele
Job Type: Part time, 10-15 hours to start, but the position will grow as we grow. Flexible hours.
