I know I’m not the only soul that is so excited about today being the first day of Spring…. Spring we all welcome your arrival and it comes not a moment to soon. Spring time is always a great time for you to get inside your closet and start that Spring Cleaning…. Go through your clothes and only keep the pieces you love, treasure and worship, the rest donate or consign. Spring is the time when I flip through all my clothes and purge. The ones I don’t want to wear anymore I gather up for Mostly Mutts, which is a pet rescue and adoption organization that since 2004 has been working on reducing the number of animals euthanized at local shelters in metro Atlanta. They provide housing, health care and the chance for the animal to find a new beginning.. I gather up all my clothes I don’t want and donate them to Mostly Mutts because 2 times a year they hold a big YARD SALE that helps raise money for the animal’s vet bills…. It’s time to clean up your closet today and if you have items you want to let go of then donate them to a charity or consign them at any consignment store…. Let go of the things you can’t wear anymore or hadn’t worn in 3-5 years… let it GO…. Do some good with those items and remember when it comes time to replace those items always shop “green” for your new items, don’t go to the mall! Shop second hand, it’s so much better than looking like every clone in the mall … I’m Daniel Troppy your vintage luxury curator saying “it’s about time Spring”….
