Introduction

Swarovski AG is Austrian company owns two different units: one of them produce luxury items and fashion design crystals and the other business unit manufactures bonded abrasives as well as concrete sawing  and drilling. Daniel Swarovski was the founder of company. Daniel’s father was glass cutter and owned a small glass factory. Daniel also put the foot in the steps of his father. In 1982 he patented an electric cutting machine that facilitate the production of crystal glass. That would probably be the founding stone of Swarovski brand. The Swarovski’s crystal range includes glass sculptures and miniatures, jewellery and couture, home décor and chandeliers.
