That's So New York - Who says you can’t wear velvet in the Spring? On 5/23/2011 Jessica Biel attended a commercial launch event for a Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping Mascara looking retro and fabulous in a teal Gucci skinny pant suit. The actress paired the outfit with a teal jacquard blouse and black satin Christian Louboutin heels.
