What are Designers looking for?

Designers are experts in their craft, and their talents shine as they only know how, but what puts a Designer in the spotlight? Is it their pure talent and their eye of creativity? Is it their ambition to strive for only the best in their pieces? For me, I think what differentiates one Designer from the next is their ability to work the Business to their advantage.
