Retail customer services has reached new heights with the launch of Technology Company Vee24's live video chat service.
This ingenious piece of technology is called the Veedesk and what is does is allow retailers to connect live with customers via internet video link. so no more sitting on the phone waiting on someone to be bothered to answer the phone we can now have full live access to customer service advisor over the internet in real time.
the software is compatible with most computer types and browsers

i think this is a wonderful idea and is mos def putting the care back into customer care.
One site which is already using it is Landsend.com "Love it" just click on "Chat on Line" and within seconds or sooner you have access to a customer adviser, every on-line retailer should consider using it, customer care is far to important not to

try it out
