BOLSWARD The AP van der Feer Sinterklaas run is on the agenda this Monday on November 26. The loop, organized by Long Distance Bolsward (LAB), takes the participants over a distance of 7.6 kilometers through and around Bolsward.
Sinterklaas itself gives the starting signal at sports hall De Middelzee at 7 p.m. Registration is possible from 5.30 p.m. Along the way, around 25 volunteers will steer the course in the right direction. The organization calls on all participants to wear reflective vest or lighting for safety reasons.
Just like last year, the course goes straight through the main sponsor's store. He also makes a prize package available: the starting number of the runners is also their lot number.
In case of bad weather, the organization will announce via Facebook at 4 p.m. whether the course has been canceled or not.
