Shadow Shields

I first got wind of the Shadow Shields when Johnny Lavoy did my makeover at the 2009 makeup show. You can check them out in action in the video below or on my youtube channel www.youtube.com/girlcanpaint0412. Everyone there was asking about them and of course so was I. Johnny joked that he was being lazy and that is why he was using them, but all joking aside they are a great product. I ordered my box a couple of weeks after the makeup show. I will personally be using mine only for dark and smokey looks or with eyeshadows that have lots of fallout, like the Mac mineralized shadows which I love or loose powders/pigments. I don't feel you need them for all your looks I don't think it's cost effective. These Shadow Shields save on time, keep things clean and neat and of course are there to catch your fallout, you can also use them when airbrushing. They are self adhesive so they will stay put. I really love these and I recommend them to Pros and makeup lovers alike. You can find the Shadow Shields at www.shadowshields.com (which is where I bought them) or you can go to their site and see a list of the retailers that also carry them, like Alcone NYC www.alconeco.com and www.promakeupstore.com, there are many more retailers to choose from in different states. The shields now cost $9.99 for a box of 30 but I got mine at the time for $16.95 for a box of 50. Go ahead and check them out you won't be disappointed.
