As a regular fashion blogger and a fashion enthusiast, I follow male and female fashion trends quite closely. However, there is one section of men’s fashion that I’ve only started to look into recently and that’s urban apparel. It’s never been a huge interest of mine until I checked out some of the latest designs and streetwear and I have to say that I was seriously surprised at how good they were. There were a few brands in particular that I made a note of and did further research on because I really liked their lines of clothing. I searched for an online street fashion store and asked them for a bit more information on the brands I liked and they came back with a bit more information on which clothes are selling the best. Sik Silk
I heard of this brand a little bit beforehand and I knew that they were really gaining in popularity in urban apparel world. I’ve actually seen quite a few of their shirts being worn around where I live, in particular their chequered long sleeve shirts are quite popular in my area. With a few stores stocking their clothes and their extensive online store, Sik Silk has garnered a nice corner of the men’s urban apparel market and is doing really well for themselves. I likes their chequered shirts so much that I ordered one for myself, a smaller version of course!
Chptr and Vrse
First things first, Chaptr and Vrse do some really cute beanie hats! Sorry I just had to get that out there J I brought two as soon as I went on their site because they caught my attention immediately. Apart from the cute hats, they did some nice little tee shirts and cute shorts as well. I know most of it is supposed to be for men’s fashion but to be honest, If you get them in a smaller size like I did, they can fit us girlie's as well! It’s easy to see why this brand is popular and I have to admit I’m now a Chptr and Vrse loyal fan!
These are the two specific brands that I wanted to mention in particular because I personally believe their lines are some of the best I’ve seen after doing a bit of research. However, there are some other great ones that I saw that are worthy of a mention also. Fi5th had some very interesting designs and styles, as did a brand called Friend or Faux. Both are available to buy online and and both have easy websites to view and browse through.
