We are a boutique multi-service company with an opening for an associate agent / assistant. We are NYC based and provide style and fashion launching services, including photography, hair stylists, makeup artists, fashion stylists, and art direction in the fashion and commercial advertising industry. We are a close knit team with a cozy and fast-paced working environment and we are looking for an enthusiastic associate looking for the opportunity to grow in the world of artist representation.
Duties to include:
Resizing images
Updating website
Social Media/Community Management
Client Research: Reading magazines & trade publications
Updating, organize and maintain artist portfolios and digital libraries
Layout and Create pdf portfolios, printed promos
Contact potential clients to arrange portfolio presentations
Update client database on a regular basis
Track Marketing: Google Analytics, Digital/Printed materials
Assist with photo production when necessary
General clerical duties
Light bookkeeping: preparation of receipts for job billing
Project status reports
Skills:
Solid background/interest in writing, marketing, PR
Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Vimeo
Time management & prioritizing
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task & remain focused
Strong interpersonal skills: effective and clear communication, conflict resolution, collaboration

Software (preferable knowledge or willingness to learn):
- Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Pages, Numbers, Word, Excel, Acrobat, Direct Mail, Filemaker
Prospective candidate should have a background or strong interest in photography/design as well as related administrative experience.
