Spring has sprung, and leading the fashion pack all the way to Flemington is Jennifer Hawkins.

The Myer ambassador has taken to the runway for the store's Spring Fashion Lunch in a bright yellow off-the-shoulder Alex Perry gown.

But while Jennifer was a ray of sunshine on the runway, this Spring racing season you can expect to see monochrome midis and lace trackside at Flemington.

Jennifer Hawkins took to the runway for the glamorous Myer Spring Fashion Lunch at Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne.

There, models took to the catwalk to showcase the styles for the season ahead, including millinery and accessories.

Jennifer led the way in a full-length Alex Perry gown.

The yellow design featured a fitted bodice and single sleeve that fell to the floor.

Jennifer also took to the catwalk in a fitted black cocktail dresses uk with a thigh split paired with a Viktoria Novak 'Daisy Life' gold brass crown.

She followed it up with a red and off-white bodycon dress by Yeojin Bae and a black rose head piece.

But while Jennifer was not afraid to embrace colour, monochrome hues and pastel lace pieces dominated the runway.

Seed Heritage took to the runway with a series of off white and soft pink lace dresses.

The delicate designs exuded femininity, and were paired with over-sized floral headpieces that were worn around the neck and head.

Bell sleeves were in keeping with the seventies-inspired pieces that have dominated the runway of late.

Monochrome hues and floral prints dominated the runway, as models stepped out in a series of black and white designs.

One design appeared to draw inspiration from a suit, as the model stepped out in an off-white blazer, boat hat and black mini dress.

Black-white and red was another popular colour palette, as models paired monochrome dresses with bright fascinators and a classic red lip.

Meanwhile, navy suits remain on trend for men.

Models took the catwalk in checkered and block-coloured suits, that they paired with brown shoes and patterned ties.

One man wore a soft grey suit, white shirt and black tie that matched polished black shoes.

A pocket square was a must.

Before the show, Jennifer sizzled on the runway in a White Suede lattice dress.

The design featured a choker neckline and full-length sleeves, with cut-out detailing down the bodice, sleeves and skirt.

She was joined by Myer Fashions On The Field 2016 ambassador Stephanie Claire Smith.

The blonde beauty wore the Teneille dress by Asilio the Label, fascinator by Natalie Bikicki and clutch by Olgaberg Clutches.
