Choose Something Tighter Fitting For Your Bottoms

Our next tip is to choose something that is slightly tighter fitting for your bottoms. If you wear super loose bottoms, like wide leg joggers, not only will they be annoying whilst you’re working out but it can be dangerous if they get caught in any gym machines. So, loose fitting shorts are no problem but if you are opting for longer bottoms, go with tight fitting leggings or cuffed joggers to make sure you are safe and your workout is as productive as possible! 

Invest In The Right Sports Socks

Another thing you should do in order to upgrade your gymwear wardrobe is to invest in the right sports socks! If you’re just wearing any old trainer socks, you will probably experience rubbing and blisters, as they simply aren’t designed for going to the gym. Instead, when you invest in proper sweat wicking socks, the health of your feet will be better, you will be more comfortable and you will be able to workout for longer. This is a simple change that can make such a difference to how you feel when working out.
