Help Japan: CFDA Charity Auction Via 'Charity Buzz'

That's So New York - In these trying weeks following the devastating tsunami and earthquake that has rocked Japan, we’ve witnessed Mother Nature at its worst and human nature at its best. Countless individuals and organizations have banded together to come to Japan’s aid including the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) who will be auctioning off 100 fashion filled lots this month to benefit The Japan Society. Prizes such as front row seats at fashion shows, meetings with famous designers, fabulous trips to exotic locations, and amazing shopping sprees are up for grabs at Charity Buzz from April 5th until auction close on April 28th. Upon browsing the site, I came across a few packages that definitely stood out as bid worthy for me:

A meeting with Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour and attend a photo shoot for the magazine. This would be thrilling and terrifying at the same time but certainly a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet an icon for an unforgettable experience.

All in all this is a truly worthy cause and fashion has proved it can be just as pretty on the inside as out.
