So as you can imagine, everybody and their pet hamster calls us.
We get major brands based in Milan or NYC asking us for runs of 250,000 units all the way down to 16 year old boys who want 2 pairs of denim made. We need a production manager who can consult with our clients and give them a big picture budget, estimate, time frame, and hold their hand while making their line a reality.
You'll also need to be able to tell who's going to be a profitable client and who's not. Often, the big fashion brands are the WORST clients as they penny pinch and pay in net 180 terms.
