Midwest Fashion Week

I am interested to know if there are any fashion events held anywhere in the mid-west? I would guess Chicago would be the home of such an event, but I havent been able to find anything about it, which is a little disappointing. There is so much talent in this area and not a lot of opportunity. If there are any other talented people in the mid-west that want to get their work out to the masses, let me know! Better yet, if there is anyone that can offer up any info, PLEASE, don't hesitate! Thank You.ELLE
